“Should come with a warning – impossible to stop at just one slice! This is my favourite bread, bar none. It is the first thing that my adult children and grandchildren look for when they come into my kitchen- Granny Hetti’s bread with nut butter.

I’ve been making it a couple of times a week for over a year now. It’s easy to throw together and I love being able to vary it according to whim.
With two coeliacs in the family it is essential to be able to rely on the integrity of the ingredients. Not only is it gluten free but it’s reassuring that ingredients are organically sourced.

I love to take several bags of bread mix with me if we head away for the weekend or on holiday. It is particularly pleasing to produce such high quality bread in a remote spot. The other favoured use is on a drinks platter. Once it is a day or two old it takes on a texture similar to pumpernickel bread and sliced thinly is the perfect base for toppings.

Should come with a warning – honestly, it’s ridiculously good.”

“Simply the most delicious gluten free bread I’ve ever tasted. Very moist and especially yummy with lots of seeds. Not dry and tasteless like most other GF breads.”

Guy has made my life so much easier with his Corokai bread mix.
Being gluten free has its challenges but I have enjoyed bread making with this simple to use mix.
Try it with two old bananas and a little extra yeast! Really nice!

“I love the journey every time I make Guy’s Corokai Artisanal bread. The wholesome aroma that fills the kitchen when the mixture sits on the bench overnight and when it is baked the following morning is enriching. Then that first slice of warm bread not long out of the oven is good old fashioned ‘Soul food’. Knowing the mix is gluten free and full of organic goodness is also significant. This home baked bread experience is delivered for my family with bucket loads of taste and happiness!”

We love this bread, it’s great to have as a snack at home with some hummus or on its own and it’s so easy to prepare! We have made it twice now, first time with banana and cinnamon and second time we added a mix of sunflower and pumpkin seeds both were delicious! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy snack.
